The bright open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area features fresh lime-green accents, comfortable seating, a Smart TV and a cosy wood burner. Bi-folding doors connect the living space to the deck, while the modern kitchen offers a central island, breakfast bar and nearby dining table. A convenient ground-floor WC completes the downstairs layout.
Upstairs, three inviting bedrooms include a super-king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room and TV, a double bedroom and a bunk room ideal for children. A family bathroom with a bath and shower serves the remaining bedrooms.
Outside, the private deck is ideal for morning coffee and alfresco dining, while the lawn provides space to relax with children and dogs, although it is not enclosed.
