Avington Park Farm Cottages is an award winning single storey 5 Star self catering holiday accommodation on a working farm. This newly built architect designed “eco build” is set in a wonderfully peaceful location adjacent to the River Itchen.
Guest membership to The Park Golf Course is included while you stay with us (giving a reduction to green fees). Pets are welcome
Accommodation
The Cottages
These cottages have been carefully designed specifically for use as holiday accommodation. Spacious bedrooms, at each corner of the building, each with their own bathroom giving privacy for family groups. Plenty of hot water and excellent heating ensure your comfort at all times and a log burner too! The large living/dining areas are the perfect place for a get together. Fully equipped kitchens allow easy preparation of meals while enjoying the company of the rest of the party.
Sleeps 7 with a further fold up bed available. 3 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms. 1 bathroom set up as a wet room with full access for those with limited mobility. Spacious living/dining area. Fully fitted kitchen. Cot & high chair available.
Sleeps 3 Double/twin bed and bathroom with shower , bath, basin and loo. 2nd bedroom has 3’ single bed and basin. Living/dining area. Fully fitted kitchen. Cot and high chair available.
Both Cottages may be taken together. Great for a family occasion or just a group of friends. Sleeping a maximum of 12 people.
Things to Do
Just relax enjoy the comfort and space at Avington Park. Maybe play golf at The Park or walk in the South Downs National Park. Bring you own bikes and explore the area. Visit the local freindly pubs & restaurants. See the local sites; Winchester city & Cathedral, South Coast, New Forest, Stonehenge, South Downs. More information
