A path leads across the lawn to the beautifully designed private Spa Hall featuring a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna and hot tub, recliners and seating. Changing facilities adjoin two showers and a WC.
There is a local shop and a pub, The Globe Inn (www.globeinnappley.co.uk ), with a great skittles alley, only 2 miles away at Appley. Plenty of other excellent country pubs can be found in the villages around, all serving delicious food. Wellington (6 miles) offers a choice of shops and supermarkets, and a farmers’ market (for dates see: www.wellingtonfarmersmarket.co.uk).
