Dale Farm Holidays – Quality self catering holiday accommodation North Yorkshire
Delightfully located with the Yorkshire Wolds, North York Moors National Park and Yorkshire Coastline on your doorstep and ancient York less than an hour away, this is the perfect base to explore Yorkshire.
Here you will find accommodation to suit all from cosy cabins, a romantic treehouse, quirky summerhouse, luxurious self-catering studios and character cottage.
. The choice is yours:
Cabins: Three romantic cabins situated in the woodland, ideal for couples or a group of 6 friends. The cabins have proper beds. They are fully insulated, double glazed and fitted with log burning stoves, 2 sockets and a light. You will be warm and cosy all year round.
Studios: These luxurious self-contained studio apartments are converted from the original farm dairy and retain many original features. We have of course made them cosy and comfortable with modern facilities.
The Summerhouse: The Summerhouse is converted from the original cowshed and has large bi-folding doors which open on to the kitchen garden. It is ‘glamping’ on a grand scale, retaining many original features but with modern bathroom and kitchen facilities and open plan living/sleeping area with log burning stove.
The Treehouse: This romantic cabin for two in the trees has a separate bedroom with a proper bed, a proper shower, its own loo and a quirky outdoor kitchen with deck, barbecue, sink and seating. The treehouse is fully insulated, double glazed and fitted with a log burning stove so you will be warm and cosy all year round.
The Cottage: The self-catering cottage is converted from the original farm hand’s cottage and has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We have retained many pretty, original features but
installed modern facilities throughout. It is cosy in winter with a log burner in the
sitting room and a sunny conservatory which leads into the garden. There is also a
dining room with range and well equipped kitchen. The cottage is ideal for a family or
a group of 6/7 friends.
Please note – you can bring your dog and we also have a travel cot and high chair.
Book 3, 4 or 7 nights.

The North Yorkshire Moors National Park is home to heather moorland, pine forests, rolling hills and shimmering coastline, not to mention historic abbeys, castles and priories, traditional pubs and ‘hidden’ villages and hamlets.
The Yorkshire Wolds of low, rolling hills and sheltered dry valleys are rich with wildflowers and cut across the white-speckled chalk landscape. Each sleepy village has a distinct character.
The Yorkshire Wolds could have been made for walking, cycling and horse riding – peaceful roads and countless paths meander through gentle and unspoiled countryside. More
