Sitting at the head of its own private valley, Eastacott Barton offers spacious accommodation, privacy and wonderful walks through the mown meadows, woodland and numerous lakes. Within easy reach of the coast, and both Exmoor and Dartmoor it’s the perfect place to explore the delights of North Devon.
The sympathetically converted spacious barns combine exposed beams with modern kitchens and bathrooms while outside, large south facing terraces, with teak furniture and barbecue’s overlook the trout lake and gardens.
There are 2 barn conversions, each with 3 double en-suite bedrooms. The larger barn (Stable) has been converted to comfortably accommodate 12 people in the sitting and dining areas, allowing one group to take both units.
Following a 6 month refurbishment and enlargement program the properties were re-opened in the summer of 2013. Approached by a long private drive, which winds through open fields, Eastacott Barton stands in an elevated position at the head of its own valley, commanding fine views over the surrounding countryside towards the river Taw.

Eastacott Barton is surrounded by glorious rolling Devon countryside and both Dartmoor and Exmoor. The area is perfect for those who love to be active these include walking, riding, cycling, golf and fishing. The coast at Instow and Appledore, as well as well known surfing beaches of Croyde, Woolacombe and Saunton Sands is just a short drive away. More information
