Ford Old Hall Barn – Luxury Holiday Barn Peak District
Trip Advisor ‘Excellent’ 5* rating
Ford Old Hall is a Grade 11 listed building which dates back from the 1500‘s, whilst the Barn is a 21st century conversion offering discerning guests luxury with the highest of standards and all modern facilities, it still retains the absolute charm of this 16th century farming hamlet which still has that slower pace of life as it is off the beaten track, yet only 15 minutes from Alton Towers & 15 minutes from the local market towns of Ashbourne & Leek.
Ford Old Hall Barn can sleep up to 4 plus an infant in our travel cot, in a super king master double & a cosy twin. The beds have ‘heavenly’ deep mattress toppers & a choice of pillows for your personal preference to ensure a good night’s sleep.
If you really must keep in touch with the outside world then WI FI is available in the barn. The barn is great for guests who enjoy a ‘non-smoking’ & ‘pet free’ environment.
You will arrive to a hot supper with wine so you can relax straight away after your journey
A welcome pack will be waiting for you, locally sourced ingredients to start you off including milk, eggs & a home baked loaf. Croissants, pain au chocolat & home made preserves will provide for at least your first couple of breakfasts, so along with with your arrival supper being provided too, there’s no need to shop before you arrive!
