Froglands Farm – Isle of Wight Holiday Cottages
Two character holiday cottages within the grounds of Froglands Farm and superbly situated in the centre of the island.
Beautiful walks from the farm through the Clatterford streams with open access fields around the moat of Carisbrooke Castle and the village with local shops, restaurants and public houses. Newport the Isle of Wight’s main town is 20 mins walk and has a range of facilities, including cinema, shops and swimming centre etc and the main bus terminal.
The Dairy Cottage is detached overlooking the pretty pond with its own secluded sun traps including little garden area and BBQ.
The 17th century cottage has small pretty rooms which can accommodate up to six adults and two children.
Enjoys full central heating with boiler and washing machine in outhouse and WIFI internet.
The Granary holiday cottage (sleeps 7) is very warm and modern. It has an attractive garden room, folding glazed doors opening onto a secluded patio area with large gas BBQ where the whole family can enjoy patio breakfast and definitely has a wow factor.
This unique semi detached conversion which is set in the middle of the farm has its own entrance and parking with a good size garden. This converted barn cottage offers lots of character and unique sociable areas to enjoy.
The walks are unbeatable with the Castle, Tennyson trail and the Downs close by, yet is still only 20 minutes walk to Newport and 10 minutes to Carisbrooke so there’s no excuse!
There is wheelchair access at the front entrance.
Sorry, no dogs in the Granary, but dogs are permitted in Dairy Cottage.
