Grimblethorpe Hall Country Cottages
Fall in love with the experience of staying in one of our four charming self-catering holiday cottages set in the grounds of the historic Grimblethorpe Hall estate. Situated between Louth and Lincoln we are in the heart of the Lincolnshire Wolds – Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). Ideally located for Walkers, with the Viking Way just a field away from the cottages we also have smaller circular walks over our grassland. The chalk stream that flows through our valley attracts lots of birds and wildlife creating an oasis where guests can unwind and relax in our spacious and well-equipped Cottages.
The beautiful expansive sandy beaches of the Lincolnshire coast are relatively close by as is Lincoln and the market towns of Louth and Horncastle.
As well as the 17 th Century Grade II * Listed Hall on the estate, we have the deserted medieval settlement of South Cadeby and access to Grim’s Mound burial ground. We welcome dogs, and offer guests tours of our rare breeds working farm.
