Re-connect, Restore and Rejuvenate….
Maesmawr Farm Resort is a hidden gem in the heart of mystical Mid Wales, so if you’re searching for a slice of escapism then look no further – this is the perfect space to restore and rejuvenate your senses in the gentle countryside of Montgomeryshire. Quietly situated near to the River Severn and extending to over 27 acres, the resort is surrounded by stunning rolling hillsides and marvellous, uninterrupted 360 degree views.

Each of our beautifully appointed lodges offers the highest levels of comfort, with luxurious features throughout. Individually designed with tasteful interior décor and every modern convenience you will find, quite literally, a 5-star home-from-home.

Marvel at the stunning rolling hills surrounding the resort and providing 360-degree scenery, explore the banks of the River Severn and discover its source just a few miles away, or don your walking boots and explore the many spectacular walks directly from the resort. Or perhaps just relax and enjoy the midnight starry skies from the luxury of your very own private hot-tub, listen quietly to the night-time twitter of tawny owls and high-flying bats and then simply sink into your king sized bed with sumptuous and indulgent bedding.

The cute local village of Caersws is just a short walk away offering a range of facilities, as well as access to the famous ‘Severn Valley Way’ river path. In bygone times, Caersws was the Roman capital of Wales with many treasurers and historical artefacts unearthed in the village – in fact, the train station used to be a site of a Roman Bath-House and legend prevails that King Caradoc fought the Roman legions in the surrounding countryside. Nearby, visit gorgeous quaint local villages with their black and white timbered Tudor buildings, the grandeur of Powys Castle or discover the heritage of Gregynog Hall. The area holds a treasure box of delights too for nature lovers and explorers – mountain biking, fishing clay pigeon shooting, walking and rambling are all to be found on your doorstep.

Nature is in abundance here and offers the perfect opportunity to relax and retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, without compromising on life’s little luxuries.
