Pheasant Cottage is delightfully located in the Perthshire countryside near to the picturesque village of Dunkeld. Guests can enjoy the outstanding natural beauty that is all around. The holiday cottage is the perfect place to get away from it all. Relax, unwind and enjoy everything that this little corner of Scotland has to offer. This is truly the ideal place for an unforgettable get away.

Situated within the pretty hamlet of Kincraigie, the cottage offers uninterrupted views of the surrounding highland scenery, with a wonderful private rear garden where visitors can relax and take in the peace and tranquillity that this property offers.

The Accommodation

Pheasant Cottage has recently lovingly refurbished into this stylish, beautiful holiday home.

The cottage is a 3 bed and sleeps 6 people comfortably.

The main large bathroom contains a deluxe bath and shower with decorative limestone tile flooring.

The master bedroom offers a king size bed, french doors leading to an outside patio with uninterrupted views over the surrounding landscape, and an ensuite with walk in shower.

A very spacious living room, dining room and kitchen area.

The kitchen/living area includes a handmade shaker kitchen, range oven, log burning stove and beautiful modern oak dining table .

A boot room for muddy wellingtons, fishing rods and wet coats.

The cottage offers WIFI and a Smart TV.

Last, but not least, the cottage provides the most beautiful views from every angle, and a garden that overlooks the Perthshire countryside.

Well behaved dogs are welcome.

See & Do

You will never be short of things to do during your stay at Pheasant Cottage. The most obvious thing to do during your stay is to explore the magnificent countryside.

Bring your bikes and head out for a cycle through the many local forest trails, off-road tracks and cycle routes – Bring your hiking boots. Pheasant cottage is ideally located on the edge of the Tay Forest Park, a few miles away from Dunkeld & Birnam famous nature walks. You will also find Loch Skiach and Little Loch Skiach a short walk up the hill at the side of the cottage.

Visit Dundee, Edinburgh or Glasgow, all are within an hour and 15 minutes drive away from the cottage

Take a trip to St Andrew’s

Explore the Cairngorms national park, a short distance north from the cottage

The city of Perth is 30 minutes drive away, with excellent shops, restaurants, theatres and indoor sports facilities

Various water sport activities are on offer along the River Tay and Loch Tay, these include salmon fishing, rafting, canoeing, tubing, swimming, boating
