Beneath the apartments are a smart parade of shops including a new wine merchant and clothing retailer, and you are only a short stroll away from the independent shops along Staithe Street, and the newly refurbished pubs on the Quay and at the Buttlands.
Wells-next-the-sea is a charming, traditional seaside town with sandy beaches protected by a pinewood forest. A visit to Wells wouldn’t be complete without trying your luck at a spot of crabbing on the quayside, or simply relaxing and watching the world go by whilst sampling the best in local fish and chip cuisine. Bicycle hire is available on the quayside. Great local pubs include The Crown Inn, The Globe and The Victoria at Holkham.
