The cottages are located in the idyllic historic Shakespearean village of Wilmcote, Warwickshire and only 250 meters from Mary Ardens House, both cottages are in the ideal location to stay and explore Stratford-upon-Avon, the Cotswolds, Warwick and nearby areas.

Harpe Cottage

Harpe Cottage is a grade 2 listed property nestled within a quite private country lane. It is reputed to be the oldest dwelling in Wilmcote dating back to circa 1405. It under went an extensive renovation programme to a very high standard in 2009, retaining all of its original character, and architectural features. The Cider House

The Cider House is a purpose built holiday home completed in April 2011. It is a reconstruction of a building known by this name dismantled in Iron Bridge some 2 years previous. Wilmcote Holiday Cottages are located in a fantastic area for sightseeing and places to visit. The village of Wilmcote not only has the historical Shakespearean wonder that is ‘Mary Arden’s House’ but if you don’t fancy driving there are also excellent bus and rail transport links to Stratford upon Avon which is just a couple of miles nearby.
