12 Manor Farm Close has been completely transformed to provide outstanding accommodation for six guests in Kingham, Oxfordshire. As soon as you enter the property you will love the amazing, light filled, open plan living dining kitchen area – providing exactly the the sort of look which is proving so popular with today’s discerning visitor. Attention to detail is apparent at every turn, and it is the perfect place to enjoy whatever the British climate deals up – throw open the patio doors on those sunny, summer days, or gather around the log-burner on those cooler, winter evenings. You also have the choice of three luxurious en-suite bedrooms; there are two king size rooms on the ground floor, whilst the third is a twin room and can be found on the first floor (Please note: the single beds are quite low down but are standard size, and this room has no door). 12 Manor Farm Close really is the perfect holiday destination from which to enjoy this beautiful part of the world.

Being in the eaves, the twin bedroom and en-suite on the first floor has restricted head space due to the ceilings sloping.

Parking is just for one car(all the other spaces are private and belong to the neighbors) and any other cars should be parked on the main Manor Farm Close road or on West Street, both of which don’t have yellow lines and are very safe.

Arriving at the cottage, an off-road parking space greets you before stepping into the bright and airy open-plan living space. The chef of your group will love rustling up delicious meals with the electric oven and halogen hob, with a dishwasher to make cleaning up that bit easier! From here, gather your group to dine at the dining table as you discuss the day's events over a tasty dinner. When it is time to relax, settle down on the plush sofas to watch the Smart TV for the evening; in the warmer months, the space benefits from patio doors allowing plenty of fresh air in, and in the cooler months, a stylish woodburner to keep you toasty. When sleep calls, make your way to one of three en-suite bedrooms; the ground floor hosts a two king-size rooms, one of which provides a bath with a shower over and the other a sleek walk-in shower, both with a light and bright décor. Climb the stairs to the final bedroom, a twin (Please note: these are both positioned quite low, but are standard singles) with a charming sloped ceiling and yet more light coming into the space (Please note: this room does not have a door). Completing the property is an enclosed patio with plenty of dining furniture so you can take your meals alfresco and savour a glass of wine in the last of the summer sun. When you can tear yourself away from this fabulous holiday home, why not treat your loved ones to a meal out in one of the fantastic village pubs, namely The Wild Rabbit, which gained its first Michelin star in 2017.
