Accommodation Description

Ground Floor:
Small kitchen
With an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher.
Spacious sitting room
With a wood burning stove, television/DVD player, radio and CD player, iPod dock. From the sitting room, the narrow staircase with winders and open tread leads to the first floor.
Dining area
Open to the pitched beamed roof with double doors opening onto the south-facing rear garden overlooking a quintessential English vista of oak trees and meadows.
Dressing room
Leading to the bathroom The dressing room does have a single bed which may be used but the cottage still only accepts a maximum of two guests.
Bathroom
With a bath and hand-held shower, wash basin and WC.

First Floor:
Galleried double bedroom with 4'6 bed, pitched ceilings with restricted height.

Outside:
Garden with barbecue and garden furniture.
Shed for cycle storage.

Additional Information:
Sorry, no pets or children.
Due to the steep staircase, this property may not be suitable for guests with mobility difficulties.
Please be aware of low door frames on the ground floor and low beams with restricted height on the mezzanine.
