Head through into the hallway and take off your coat and boots and make yourself at home. The lounge is warm and inviting with a beautiful fireplace and cosy wood burner. Flop on the comfy sofas and lose yourself with a good book or watch some of your favourite shows on the Smart TV. Wander through to the kitchen where you will feel a warming glow from the traditional Everhot oven and hob. Rustle up a meal for the family with all your home-from-home amenities such as a fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee machine. There is also a handy utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Enjoy long dinners sat under the glass roof, with views over surrounding green space and patio doors leading out to a private patio. The snug offers another space to sit and relax, or a great place for kids to camp out on the sofa bed and watch films on the Smart TV on a rainy day. There are three beautifully appointed bedrooms: a king-size with an en-suite shower room with a shower and WC, a second king-size bedroom, and a bunk bedroom with full-size single bunks. Set on the outskirts of the Peak District National Park, this property is great for those who enjoy the quieter footpaths that take in the surrounding hills. Belper’s formal river gardens, visitor centre, and historical mills, now a World Heritage Site, are close by. Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall, Matlock and Matlock Bath, and the popular market town of Bakewell, are all a short drive away. The property is surrounded by countryside and nearby popular destinations include Carsington Water, Cromford Canal, Black Rocks, The Tissington and High Peak Trail. It's the perfect location for families, as the property is only a short drive away from Gulliver's Kingdom at Matlock Bath, Little Monkey's Play Area at Darwin Forest near Matlock, Matlock Park Farm and The Play Mill at Cromford. Slightly further afield are Alton Towers and Peak Wildlife Park.
