Rock Cove - Luxury Waterfront Retreat with Hot Tub & Sauna on the Rosneath Peninsula
Set near the village of Cove on the Rosneath Peninsula, this award-winning waterfront retreat sleeps up to eight adults, plus two young children. Designed by Cameron Webster Architects, the striking stone, timber and glass home dramatically cantilevers over the water at high tide, offering unforgettable coastal views.
A hotel restaurant is just next door, while Cove’s village store and sailing club are just over a mile away. Nearby Kilcreggan (2.5 miles) has a welcoming pub and ferry links to Greenock, while Helensburgh (16 miles) is home to Charles Rennie Mackintosh’s iconic Hill House. The surrounding area is perfect for walking, cycling, sailing, kayaking, open-water swimming, golf and exploring Loch Lomond.
Inside, floor-to-ceiling sliding doors create a seamless connection between the living spaces and the outdoors. Four super-king en-suite bedrooms open onto the waterfront garden, each with stunning loch views. There’s also a study/playroom with a sofa bed for two young children, a utility room, and a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area featuring underfloor heating, a wood-burner-effect electric fire, a 75-inch Smart TV and Sonos sound system.
Outside, enjoy a BBQ or fire pit overlooking the water, unwind in the panoramic sauna, or soak in the private hot tub while taking in spectacular views of the sea and stars.
