Batson House rests close to the wonderful seaside resort of Salcombe in South Devon. It boasts six bedrooms which include two king-size rooms with en-suites, a double, a twin and two children’s bunk bedrooms, there is also a bathroom and a shower room it can sleep 12 guests. The property also comes with a kitchen/diner leading to a utility and a cloakroom, as well as a sitting room with a woodburning stove. To the outside you will find off-road parking for four cars and a garden with lawned areas and a patio with furniture. Batson House enjoys stellar views of Batson Creek, making it a superb base for those looking to experience Devon and its natural beauty.
Please ensure children are supervised at all times in the garden.

For reasons of comfort the house is limited to a maximum of eight adults in any party.

There is a flight of stone steps up to the garden/entrance from the parking area which may not be suitable for guests with access or mobility issues.
