Beach View - Luxury Cottage in Dorset

Beach View is a beautifully presented spacious, light and airy detached house with four bedrooms and four bath/shower rooms, occupying a stunning position directly on the sea front. Enjoy breath-taking panoramic sea (and beach!) views from Hengistbury Head across to Poole Bay. A short walk takes you to the coastal zig zag path down to the glorious seven miles of golden beaches (voted Best Beach in the UK). A superb 34′ long conservatory leads out to a garden with decked area.

Southbourne is known for its micro-climate, making it one of the sunniest spots in England, but with an array of wet weather activities. Speaking of wet weather, Beach View also provides: a Sky movies and Netflix package complimentary for the duration of your stay; seven televisions, one of which is 3D and provides a small selection of 3D DVDs; Sky Q HD in five rooms (three rooms can watch different HD Sky at any one time).
Also included during June, July and August (unless otherwise agreed) is a fabulous beach hut, making Beach View a perfect large family holiday home.

This wonderful house appeared at number four in the Times newspaper listing “12 great houses by the sea” in the 16th June 2016 edition of the Saturday Times.

With an enormous 6'6 bed, stunning views and a Juliet balcony. This bedroom has its own luxury en-suite shower room with megaflow pressure.
Twin or double bedroom
With 3' beds (can convert to a 6' double bed upon request) and a luxury en-suite shower room with megaflow pressure, this room also boasts a outdoor decked sitting area with sea views.
Bedroom four
With two 3' beds (can convert to a 6' double bed upon request).
Family bathroom
With a bath and overhead shower, wash basin and wc.

Outside:
The property has a sea facing, lovely garden with decked area and garden furniture overlooking the beach.
There is off street parking for two vehicles.

A cycle ride along the beach takes you to the Hengistbury Head Nature Reserve and Mudeford.

A five minute drive east takes you to the historic town of Christchurch which leads to the New Forest.

Explore Bournemouth with its excellent shops and theatre.

Sandbanks and the Jurassic Coast are an easy drive away.
