Bearwood Cottage - Luxury Cottage In Pembridge, Herefordshire

Bearwood Cottage is a half-timbered property in an idyllic, rural setting. It lies in the grounds of Bearwood House, however does have its own drive and garden. Six bicycles (including a tandem), croquet, badminton, boules and other games are provided. There is an Xbox One S, Bose SoundLink and a good selection of board games.

For special and specific occasions, plan your trip around one of the many festivals in the area including the world famous literary Hay Festival, Hay Festival Winter Weekend, Ludlow Food, Leominster and Presteigne Festivals.

Ground Floor:
Kitchen
Farmhouse kitchen with a Rayburn and conventional electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. (Washing machine and tumble dryer in outhouse). Dining table seating six guests.
Sitting room
With an open fire, Smart television with full connectivity, Bose SoundLink and Xbox One S. Telephone with honesty box.

First Floor:
Bedroom one
With a 6' super-king size zip and link bed (can convert to two 3' singles on request) and a 3' single daybed with pull-out 3' trundle, which can be raised to same height if required - please request if bedding is required.
Bedroom two
With a 5' king-size bed.
Bathroom
With bath and hand-held shower attachment, wash basin and WC.

Outside:
Lovely garden area with rural views, garden furniture, barbecue and a tree swing.
Stable area with access to six bicycles (shared with Bearwood House, including a tandem), croquet, badminton, boules and other games are provided.
Ample off-street parking outside the property.

Additional Information:
Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available on request.
Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome at the property (small additional charge).
Lies in the grounds of Bearwood House but does have its own drive.
Use of the owner’s tennis court one mile away.

The 15th century New Inn, village shop, delicatessen and farm shop are one mile away in the picturesque "black and white" village of Pembridge.

The excellent Cider Barn restaurant is within walking distance, the renowned Stagg Inn is a short drive and the gastronomic Elizabethan town towns of Ludlow 25 minutes.
