Bearwood Cottage

Farmhouse kitchen with a Rayburn and conventional electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Washing machine and tumble dryer in outhouse. Dining table and seating for six guests.

With open fire, Smart television with full connectivity, Bose SoundLink and Xbox One S. Telephone with honesty box.
First Floor:
Bedroom one
With a 6' super-king size zip and link bed (can convert to two 3' singles upon request) and a 3' single daybed with pull-out 3' trundle, which can be raised to same height if required - please request if bedding required.
Bedroom two
With a 5' king-size bed.
Bathroom
With bath and hand-held shower attachment, wash basin and WC.
Outside:
The house and cottage are set in grounds of more than an acre with an arboretum, sunken garden and loggia with luxury hot tub for six people. Lovely rural views, garden furniture and barbecue.
Games room with pool table, air hockey table, tennis table and darts board.
Use of 6 bicycles and a tandem.
Croquet, badminton, boules and many other garden games are provided.
Use of the owner’s tennis court one mile away.
Ample driveway parking.

Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available on request.
Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome (small additional charge). Up to four dogs may be permitted but only by prior agreement from the owner.
Dinner delivery service and babysitting service are available if required.
