Suitable for families, this charming property has undergone a refurbishment in 2021/22 and provides two comfy bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate shower room along with a fully enclosed lawned garden. With cosy wood burning stoves in both the sitting room and the dining room, Beech End is perfect for your Norfolk escape at any time of year. The delightful, fully enclosed south-west facing garden is lawned, with fruit trees and is the perfect place for children and dogs to potter around. The wonderful, large patio is ideal for alfresco evenings, a thirst quenching drink or a delicious barbecue.

Located in the rural village of Plumstead, adjacent to the Green and the national environmental award winning community wildlife meadow and pond, attracting a wealth of local wildlife. You can enjoy many beautiful walks from the front door to experience the abundant wildlife including hares, deer and a wide variety of wild birds.

A short drive away (10 minutes) you will find the vibrant, market town of Holt with its abundance of excellent, individual shops, galleries, restaurants, delicatessens and recreational facilities, the lovely town of Burnham Market (40 minutes) with a host of traditional shops or the picturesque and very popular Wells-next-the-Sea (35 minutes).

For lovers of the outdoors, the sandy beaches of Sheringham and Cromer are less than 15 minutes drive. Organise a boat day trip and try to spot the seals, enjoy a day bird-watching or simply dip your toes in the water on the Holkham Beach, voted in the top 10 in the UK.

The spectacular Mannington Gardens is in close proximity, where you can wander around the charming gardens.

National Trust Blickling Hall Estate, NR11 6NF is within less than 15 minutes drive, house and gardens and also dawn to dusk free dog walking on the estate with marked paths.
