Billy’s Bothy is a beautiful property which is situated within the grounds of Offcote Grange in the heart of the Derbyshire Dales and the Peak District National Park. The property is ideal for large families and groups who are looking to holiday, take a break or celebrate a special occasion. Surrounded by large landscaped gardens Billy’s Bothy has wonderful views across the valley.

The cottage is full of character with features throughout yet with all the modern conveniences and facilities that you could hope for.
These include a: log burning stove, six en-suite bedrooms, a large lounge and separate dining room. There is an extremely well equipped galleried kitchen for all your culinary needs.

A sauna, hot tub and a full size snooker table are within the grounds and available for hire by arrangement.

The property can sleep up to sixteen guests and has six bedrooms and six bathrooms. There is ample off road private car parking for all guests.
Catering and pampering can be arranged.
