Inside, the comfortable living area contains the sitting room, dining space and kitchen, all of which have been carefully designed provide guests with an optimal living experience. Here, you will find comfort and cosy sofa to curl up on, in front of a roaring log fire.

Two bedrooms have been appointed to a luxury standard with supremely comfortable beds and quality linens. A good nights sleep is assured! The master is located on the ground floor and includes ample storage and a smart television. The bathroom is just across the corridor and features a large roll-top bath and separate rainfall shower. Please note, the twin bedroom is located up the spiral staircase on the 2nd floor. This is not suitable for those with mobility concerns.

Outside, guests will enjoy the generous grounds, all of which are enclosed and private. Here you will find the outdoor dining area, complete with charcoal barbecue, fire pit and seating. An EV charger has been installed, making this a super convenient option for electric cars. Adjacent to the house, you have a spectacular beech woodland known as ‘The Kings Wood’, bringing wildlife right up to you doorstep. The surrounding farmland also hosts a myriad of byways and pathways (subject to by-way restrictions) , allowing guests to explore the countryside.
