The final top floor bedroom is an impressive master suite with emperor bed, large windows with views of the course, dressing area and master bathroom complete with his & hers sinks, spa bath and built-in wall TV. On the first floor there is a large open plan kitchen, dining and sitting area with a magnificent full wall of glass overlooking the first hole. Leading from the high spec, well-appointed kitchen is a private enclosed walled balcony area. Completing this spectacular house is a beautiful landscaped garden with water feature, a private patio area leading from one of the ground floor bedrooms and parking for two cars.
