A traditional, feature staircase with large picture window overlooking the grounds leads to the first floor.

First floor
Spacious master bedroom with king size sleigh bed, flat screen TV and en-suite shower room. The master bedroom has dual aspect windows and Juliet balcony with lovely views across Lake Windermere.

Second bedroom with king size bed, window seat and lake views. Third bedroom with two 3’ single beds, window seat and lake views. Fourth bedroom with 6’ super king bed that can be converted to two singles on request and views of the garden. Modern family bathroom with traditional features, roll top bath and large walk-in shower. The fifth bedroom is the second master bedroom with 6' super king zip and link bed, triple aspect views, flat screen TV and en-suite shower room.

Large, private driveway with electric gates. There are double garages at the property but these are not accessible to guests.

Beautiful landscaped gardens surround the property with tennis court and terraced side garden. There is a large decking area with seating and outside dining areas.

Children will need to be supervised in the gardens due to the steep terraced garden and drop around the tennis court and decking area.
