Note: The sofa bed in the sitting room is available for a child up to the age of 10.
Note: The property is very eco-friendly and its underfloor heating is provided by an air source heat pump, as a result, guests may hear the sound of the pump (similar to an air conditioning unit) in the bedroom during the winter, when the underfloor heating is adjusting to maintain the ambient heat level.
Note: To supply the hot water, a unique British designed system has been installed which senses the moisture in the shower room, extracts it and then combines this to help heat the water, as a result, guests occupying the second bedroom may temporarily hear the system as it heats the water.
Note: The property is located on a working farm and Cotswold View’s private area is not enclosed, therefore it is essential that young children are supervised outside at all times.
Note: The property is all on one level and is wheelchair accessible, with a wheelchair ramp available on request abd there is a grab rail alongside the toilet, and a handrail and stool for the shower.
Note: There is no window in bedroom 2, however the door and the wall separating the room from the main living area is glazed, to allow natural light in, with a curtain for privacy.
