Curlew Cottage - Hot Tub Holiday Cottage, Knutsford, Cheshire

Curlew Cottage is a small house with a big welcome, ideal for a weekend away or a week’s holiday getting away from it all.

Inside, the light and fresh living accommodation includes a cosy sitting room, complete with Sky TV, which spills out onto the terrace through double glazed doors; the contemporary kitchen includes an electric oven and induction hob along with all the integrated appliances required for a home from home experience; and the dining area with its pretty window seat has ample room for six guests to enjoy meals together. Every corner of this charming cottage is simply delightful, including the downstairs loo!

Upstairs, there will be no squabbling over the bedrooms, as each one is equally elegant and romantic including Egyptian cotton sheets. The family bathroom benefits from an inviting roll-top bath and a large, separate walk-in shower.

Outside, the accommodation continues to impress, with a sunny terrace and comfy garden furniture, a charcoal barbecue and, of course, the hot tub with room for all guests to enjoy a hot, bubbly soak after a day exploring the area. The surrounding gardens are well-stocked and mature and include a delightful small pond. Children will adore visiting the neighbouring cows in the next door paddock; collecting eggs from the chickens in their coup during the springtime; and best of all, saying hello to Tom, Dick and Harry, the owner’s friendly alpacas in the far paddock.

You will be spoilt for choice with an abundance of excellent country pubs in the surrounding areas, including The Bells of Peover. However if you prefer a cosy night in, why not order a delicious casserole or other similar dish, which can be provided on request.
