East Lodge, Diamond Hill, is conveniently situated in Lower Wensleydale in the Yorkshire Dales, a short walk from the village pub and shop in Hunton and close to Patrick Brompton and Akebar with its real ale pubs and restaurants.

Spacious open plan living area (14m x 5m) consisting of the sitting room with a wood burning stove and comfortable seating and an adjoining dining area with feature beams, stone and brickwork, all with oak floors. The garden door opens into the enclosed lawned garden.
Conservatory with southerly aspect opening into a private courtyard with garden furniture.
Large kitchen with a four oven cream Aga, electric hob and combination oven, breakfast bar and a family space with a TV. The kitchen, utility and cloakroom with wc, all have tiled floors.
