The original house dates back to 1850 and has all the character and charm you would expect from a traditional period cottage whilst blending seamlessly with a stunning, modern, subterranean extension, housing a large open-plan living, dining and family area with a unique sunken bar and floor to ceiling bi-folding doors and windows, ensuring natural light floods through the house.

With five double bedrooms, three bathrooms, two further reception rooms, a games room, gym, and a sauna room, Kidds Hill Farm offers an amazing space for families and friends to gather together at any time of year.

This is a house that just keeps on giving, as the outside space is just as special. During May to September guests have exclusive use of the heated outdoor swimming pool which forms part of the large outdoor terrace with plenty of seating and sun loungers.

A full outdoor kitchen with a wood fired pizza oven, teppanyaki grill plate and Weber charcoal barbecue, is ideal for those budding chefs who love a barbecue and the sit-up bar area allows you to watch as they get to work creating an al fresco feast.

A hot tub and tennis court are available all year round making Kidds Hill Farm a perfect destination at any time of year.

Additional Information:
Two well-behaved dogs welcome (additional charge).
Please supervise dogs in the garden as there are sheep in the surrounding fields.
Children and infants welcome. Travel cot and highchair available on request (please provide your own cot linen).
A travel cot can be accommodated in all bedrooms.
Hairdryers are provided in bedrooms one and four.
Exposed beams, stonework and inglenook fireplace.
The bedding is non-feather.
Please note, the house and gardens are on different levels, with steps and low ceilings in the original part of the house. Please supervise children at all times in the garden due to the steep drops.
The sauna room is only accessible to guests age 16 years and over.
Please be aware that the green roof is not accessible.
Please note, that the outdoor swimming pool has a solar cover, so please supervise children at all times. The pool is available to guests May to September.
Please be aware that the stables and accommodation above, situated behind the gate at the far end of the driveway, are not available to guests. Our on-site caretaker/property manager lives here and can be of assistance if required, however will not interrupt guests during their stay.
