The sitting area has two armchairs for relaxing and watching television, playing chess or enjoying the other games provided, and the dining area houses the perfect table for two. There is also a laundry room located on the ground floor of the granary.

Sitting within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty at Kingsland Farm, surrounding with wildlife to experience and enjoy, and panoramic views when relaxing in your own arbour, overlooking the stunning Marshwood Vale. Bedroom area
With a king-size bedstead, a dressing table with drawers and stool and beside cabinets.
En-suite bathroom
With a bath and separate walk-in shower enclosure, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail.

Outside:
There is a laundry room below the property on the ground floor of the granary, housing washing machine and tumble dryer.
There is a gate next to the granary leading to a private grassed space for you to enjoy, with an arbour and small table and exceptional views.
Parking for one car below Loaf
Please note that Loaf is located at Kingsland Farm which includes the nearby thatched farmhouse, Hoods and a shepherds hut used for holiday letting purposes, with each having their own parking areas.

Additional Information:
One well behaved dog welcome (small additional charge). Please keep your dog off the beds or furniture. A dog crate for up to a Labrador sized dog is available upon request.
There are facilities for washing your dog in a barn near the parking area - there is a dedicated dog bath with hose and towels are supplied.
This is a couple's retreat, so sorry no babies or children.
Loaf is accessed via steps and is therefore unsuitable for anyone with limited mobility.

About the area

Venture out to the pretty bustling market town of Bridport where on Wednesdays and Saturdays the two main roads are packed with antique, flower and food stalls.

Bridport is also the gateway to the Jurassic Coast, a World Heritage Site and well worth exploring.

Furleigh Estates is only a ten minute walk from Loaf where great tours of the vineyard are on offer.

Washingpool Farm Shop and Restaurant is only three miles away and offers an extensive range of fresh fruit, vegetables, cheese, meats, breads and baked goods, general provisions and a large range of local and artisan products.

Towards the nearby village of Symondsbury you will find walks around the estate ending up at the top of Colmers Hill, a famous landmark. On your way back, pop into the Symondsbury Kitchen cafe for refreshments.

The nearby town of Beaminster offering local shops, cafes and pubs is approximately six miles away.

A visit to West Bay is a must - after crabbing off the harbour, grab fish and chips from one of the many kiosks and head to the beach for a picnic.

All year round dog walking at Cogden, a National Trust beach, is the perfect place to clear the cobwebs.
