Hidden behind a charming red-brick exterior, this characterful cottage has been thoughtfully renovated to combine original charm with modern comfort. A welcoming hallway leads to a cosy lounge with Smart TV, Netflix, and sofa beds (guests to provide bedding), perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area is ideal for socialising, with comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and a well-equipped kitchen featuring an electric Range cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and washer/dryer. A ground-floor WC completes the accommodation.
Upstairs are three flexible bedrooms: two super-king zip-and-link rooms (can be made into twins on request), one with an en-suite shower room, plus a double bedroom overlooking the garden and surrounding fields, where deer are sometimes spotted. A family bathroom with shower over bath serves the remaining bedrooms.
Outside, enjoy the enclosed lawned garden with BBQ, perfect for families and dogs, with sunshine throughout the day. There is off-road parking for three cars.
