Panacea is a Victorian house within the coastal town of Fowey, with sea views of the estuary across to Bodinnick. The property is separated over three floors, with three bedrooms, two of which have king size beds, one is zip and link so can be made into twins which makes for versatile sleeping arrangements and one have a en-suite shower room with double shower. The living area is open plan with the dining and sitting area. There is also a family bathroom on the first floor and an en-suite WC to the twin room on the second floor. There is a terraced seating area at the front of the property. This has to be an ideal location, in the town of Fowey with ferry services to Bodinnick and Polruan, Charlestown and Mevagissey just a short car journey away. A good choice of old pubs, restaurants, galleries, boutiques and the scenic sea estuary of the River Fowey are just short walk into the town.
Notes: Parking available at Caffa Mill at a cost of approx £42 per week. Restricted height in twin room as in the eaves. 18 external steps to front door.

This exceptional holiday home is elevated above the estuary in the heart of Fowey with sea views from the first and second floor, walk to a choice of old pubs, restaurants, galleries, boutiques and the scenic sea estuary of the River Fowey. Located at the top of a flight of external steps to a elevated terrace, this Victorian mid terrace house stands above the street and looks over and estuary below. The views from the top two floors are ever-changing, you will see the ferry going to and fro Fowey and Bodinnick, boats meandering up and down as well as kayaks and other water crafts. Through the front door you walk into the hallway with the open-plan living room with wood burner on your right and the stairs to the first floor in front of you. There are three bedrooms, two of which have king size beds, one having a full en-suite shower room and all have luxurious Egyptian cotton bedding, the family bathroom is spacious and has a separate walk in shower. There is so much to see and do on your doorstep, wonder through the narrow streets to the centre of Fowey, famed for is Regatta week, one of the best sailing event in Cornwall. Take a trip to Bodinnick or Polruan on one of the ferries, you can even take your car. Sandy beaches await at Readymoney Cove to the south or Polkerris and Par Sands are firm favourites. With so much going on in and around Fowey it would be easy to leave the car parked up for your entire stay.
