Set on a peaceful working farm on the outskirts of Cupar, this spacious country house is an ideal base for exploring Fife. Cairnie Fruit Farm & Mega Maze is within walking distance, while St Andrews, the home of golf, is just a short drive away. Enjoy scenic walks and cycling along the Fife Coastal Path, discover sandy beaches and nature reserves, or visit Falkland Palace, the Scottish Deer Centre and the Isle of May. Edinburgh, Dundee and Perth are also within easy reach.
Inside, the house combines charming period features with comfortable modern living. Relax in the bright lounge, gather in the spacious dining room or enjoy cosy evenings in the snug with Smart TV. The well-equipped kitchen features an electric range oven, two fridges, freezer, microwave and dishwasher, with a large dining area ideal for family meals. A shower room, utility room and two ground-floor bedrooms, including a single and a bunk room, complete this level. Please note the bunk room is accessed by steep stairs and is unsuitable for young children.
Upstairs are five beautifully presented bedrooms, including four super-king-size rooms (three can be made into twins on request) and a king-size bedroom. One super-king-size room has an en-suite shower room, while a further super-king-size room also benefits from an en-suite. A family bathroom completes the accommodation.
