Slightly inland from this part of the coast you will find the town of Helston, offering a range of amenities and attractions including Flambards Theme Park, the Museum of Cornish Life and within easy reach of the National Trust's Penrose, an area of woodland and farmland surrounding the largest lake in Cornwall, where you can enjoy a host of sublime walking trails. Head west along the coastal path to discover Prussia Cove, boasting four unspoilt coves and mysterious caves, along with Marazion and its host of quaint buildings, shops, galleries and restaurants, as well as a causeway that at low tide grants you access to the island of St Michael's Mount, boasting a charming harbour and impressive fortress.
