From here, you will find another king-size room, this time with a handy en-suite and again sporting a welcoming and clean look, fitted with its own table and sitting area for two allowing a more intimate space to relax, beautiful wooden furniture for storage and large windows allowing a view to the bay, as well as two family rooms, both with one double and one single bed and ample storage; there is also a separate shower room here for the family rooms.
Outside you will find a large Astroturf area where you can enjoy a game of football or golf, whilst you can socialise in style around a fire pit with seating, as the designated chef starts up the barbecue.
With long roads and beautiful landscape, the local area is perfect for those looking for a cycling holiday, and you can hire bikes, or bring your own and explore the abundance of main road and single-track roads which weave through the rugged countryside of the island. Being so close to the sea and surrounded by beautiful sandy beaches, there is the opportunity to embark on a kayaking trip, or you can go fishing in the local harbours, and if you love seafood, then you will be delighted to find that there are several great seafood outlets and restaurants. Lochmaddy is the closest village to the property and offers a convenience store, pub and several cafes where you can enjoy a pint in the sunshine after a long day of hiking. If you wish to explore one of the neighbouring islands, you will find that the ferry terminals across the island offer day trips to some of the close by islands, including Harris, Eriskay and Barra, where you can explore the wildlife, beautiful sandy beaches and local history and heritage. Remote, with a touch of opulence, perfect for large groups, make a holiday to remember with a stay at Seasmhach agus Dileas.
