Imaginatively refurbished and launched in 2018, this former station master’s house has been lovingly transformed into a breathtaking holiday home. At the heart of the house is a spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Filled with light from a glass wall and bi-folding doors, this beautiful room also features a double-height ceiling and underfloor heating. The lounge has plenty of cosy seating with a warming wood burner and TV. There’s also a delightful dining area and a handy breakfast bar. The stylishly designed kitchen is well-equipped with a range oven, induction hob, microwave, warming drawer, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, coffee maker and two wine fridges. You can also sit back in the inviting snug, which is the perfect spot to enjoy a movie on the Smart TV or curl up in front of the wood burner with a good book. There is also a ground-floor WC. Exploring the ground floor further, there’s a beautifully decorated twin bedroom, which can be made up as super king-size on request. This bedroom, which overlooks the railway line, features an en-suite shower room with walk-in shower and WC. Heading up to the first floor, you will find a snug landing with comfortable seating, and two further bedrooms. The first bedroom has a super king-size bed and an en-suite shower room complete with shower and WC. The final bedroom overlooks the railway line and also features a super king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom complete with a freestanding bath and separate walk-in shower. All three bedrooms come with a fabulous array of little extras and luxuries including Sky Q TV, underfloor heating and a range of complimentary gifts.

Heading out into the large and fully enclosed private garden you will find a sizeable lawn, stone terraces, a BBQ and a hot tub. There are several seating areas allowing you to enjoy the sun, and the summer house stores plenty of outdoor crockery, glassware and a water cooler, as well as a choice of garden games including croquet. Equipped with patio heaters, fairy lights and an outdoor music system, you can relax in this amazing space well into the night.

Set near the pretty village of Wensley in the heart of Wensleydale, this fantastic cottage is surrounded by exquisite countryside. The cottage is by the side of the Wensleydale Railway which operates steam trains for day trips throughout the area. There are plenty of wonderful walking destinations to enjoy, including Penhill (5 miles) and Bolton Castle (4 miles). Attractions include the ruins of Middleham Castle – the former home of Richard III (4.5 miles), Aysgarth Falls (7 miles) and The Forbidden Corner (5 miles). And the cottage is perfect for exploring the Yorkshire Dales (2.5 miles). The charming market town of Leyburn (2.5 miles) offers a range of traditional shops, pubs and cafes as well as the biggest auction house outside London.
