Accommodation Description

This is an exclusive venue hire. Sleeping 40 in sixteen boutique style bedrooms. One further large double sofa bed in the cottage snug. All are luxury Hypnos beds and mattresses. Four of the large bedrooms include a full size single Hypnos trundle bed.

A further self-contained cottage next door sleeps 6 guests in 3 bedrooms if extra space required. There are not many who would not jump at the chance to hire their own pub.

The Grade II White Hart Brigg has been refurbished and architecturally redesigned to create a comfortable and cool ‘Total Pub Takeover’ holiday home.

This events space is perfect for all kinds of groups including 3 generation families, milestone birthdays, small weddings & corporate breaks.

It is all about making great memories in a great venue complete with its own riverside beer garden, exclusive use bar & function facilities with dance area. We have a wedding licence!

The modern kitchen is fully equipped for self catering although ask about catering options for a special occasion or business meeting. The open plan dining space or function room is ideal for communal eating but equally suitable for a full corporate board meeting. There is a comfy snug for relaxing & some more private seating areas in the adjoining cottage for curling up with a good book and a coffee. A pool table, darts board & arcade machine add to the pub-like feel & allow for fun and entertainment.

At the end of an evening in the White Hart Brigg bar, there is just a staircase between you & a good night's sleep. Corridors are stylishly & colourfully decorated with wall art & framed vintage beer mats. The beds are luxury Hypnos brand, the suppliers to Premier Inn, all kingsize or
singles in the twin rooms.

All spacious rooms for 2 with some sleeping 3. There are 9 en-suites, 3 large family bathrooms with baths & showers as well as a snug WC and the quirky pub ladies and gents on the ground floor.

Brigg Town is a few steps away with independent shops as well as fantastic farmers' markets. Grimsby, Lincoln, Hull and York are a short drive away.

Golfers can head to the award winning 27 hole Forest Pines Golf Course or Elsham Hall Golf Club, a premier course in Lincolnshire.

In addition to being equipped with everything you can ever think of we have a comfortable snug area with piano, board game library with giant wall scrabble, 80’s arcade games machine, pool table, darts, a large dining area and of course a dance floor with discos lights, wall of mirrors, sound system and microphones.

If you are planning to prepare your own food, the chefs in your group will be excited to display their culinary skills in our designer kitchen with Neff appliances. Your feast can be set out in the dining room with plenty of space for every one to dine together. From a large patio area looking onto the Old Ancholme River to luxury Hypnos beds and mattresses, fluffy towels, power showers to several 55″ TV’s and of course your own bar equipped with optics, ice machine, glass washer and a bell you probably will not ring to ask for last orders!
