The first floor flat with two comfortable bedrooms makes the property ideal for two couples, a small family or a group of friends looking to visit the cosmopolitan city of Perth with museums, art galleries theaters and shops. The property is set in the center of Perth overlooking the River Tay. It has off-road parking at the front of the building plus a small, quiet courtyard to the rear with a lockable store for bicycles or golf clubs. The apartment is accessed from the courtyard door up a spiral concrete stair to the apartment on the first floor which has been newly renovated. Inside there is a large, beautifully presented open-plan living area, with high ceilings and stunning large arched windows overlooking the River Tay.
