Pocklington is a bustling town situated on the foot of the Yorkshire Wolds in the Vale of York, just 13 miles away from the city of York. The town is best known for its Burnby Hall Gardens with two large lakes, home to the National Collection of water lilies. Within the surrounding area you will find attractions including Castle Howard, Sledmere House, and the historic city of York, where you will find a larger selection of amenities.
